I called for someone to come out and look at my clogged bathroom sink. The woman told me she would let the technician know and that they would call me at the number I gave her. I received a call back from Ryan, and he explained how they don't work with residential plumbing issues. Lee and his crew were exceptional!! They returned calls quickly and were very honest about our project, the cost and everything that was involved in making the repair!  Our home's sewer pipe had collapsed from age and tree roots and we had no drainage at all.  They were able to open the basement floor, replace pipes and add drains, and close it all up in a single day.  I would highly recommend them to others as they truly went above and beyond our expectations when I couldn't get others to even return my phone calls. After 25 yrs working in the water and waste water industry and having worked with many contractors including Van Rite on numerous occasions, I have found their work to be of the highest standard.
