Sewer Video Inspection
See what’s happening below ground before deciding what comes next. Van Rite uses professional camera equipment to locate trouble areas and evaluate the condition of your sewer line.
Sewer Cleaning + Camera Evaluation
Restore flow and get a better understanding of your sewer line at the same time. High-pressure water cleaning removes stubborn material while camera equipment helps us evaluate the results.
Find The Problem. Then Choose The right Solution.
Sewer Video Inspection
A camera inspection takes the guesswork out of sewer problems. We’ll navigate a camera through the line to locate visible defects, obstructions, and areas of concern.
You’ll get a clearer picture of the pipe’s condition and practical recommendations based on what we find.

Keep Your Sewer Line Moving
Comprehensive Sewer Cleaning
Built for sewer lines that need more than a basic clearing. Our comprehensive cleaning service removes accumulated material throughout the line to improve flow and address recurring trouble areas.
A good fit for properties experiencing repeat blockages or lines with significant buildup.
Cast Iron Pipe Descaling
Years of corrosion and mineral buildup can significantly narrow the inside of cast iron piping. Descaling removes hardened material from the pipe wall to create a cleaner, more open pathway for wastewater.
Pricing varies based on pipe condition, length, access and the amount of material that needs to be removed.
Options For Damaged Sewer Lines
CIPP Sewer Lining
$20,000+
Rehabilitate an aging or damaged sewer line from within. CIPP lining creates a new structural lining inside the existing pipe, allowing many sewer problems to be addressed without conventional full-length excavation.
Van Rite uses BlueLight LED curing technology for its CIPP installations.
Project cost varies based on pipe size, length, condition, access, and preparation requirements.
Point Repair
$5,000+
Not every sewer problem requires work on the entire line. When damage is concentrated in a specific area, a localized repair can address that section while leaving the rest of the system intact.
Pricing is based on the location and depth of the damaged section, accessibility and required repair work.
Excavation & Sewer Replacement
$50,000+
When pipe conditions rule out rehabilitation, excavation may be the appropriate solution. Van Rite can access the damaged area, remove failed piping and install the necessary replacement.
The size and complexity of the excavation, pipe depth, site conditions and restoration requirements all influence project cost.
Backups, slow drains and recurring sewer issues can have several possible causes. You don’t need to determine the solution yourself. Tell us what’s happening, and Van Rite can help identify the appropriate first step.
For an unknown sewer problem, a camera inspection can provide the information needed to determine what comes next.
