Water Service Inventory
Helping Municipalities in Northeast Wisconsin
Recent instructions from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and updates to the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) are requiring municipalities to classify material types of all public and private water services in their systems. Municipalities will need to review new and old records to make this determination. Any unknown services will need to be verified, and it is likely that the service will need to be field verified.
Van Rite Plumbing has been removing and replacing water services since 2017. We have performed thousands of replacement services for all types of materials, including lead, galvanized, copper, and even plastic pipes. Because of our experience in this field, we know what to look for. Plus, our use of the latest techniques and equipment allow for quick service and minimal disruption to property.
Van Rite Plumbing offers municipalities extra labor to help with your field inventory efforts. Our services include evaluating water service records, data input and organization, daylighting services with hydro excavation, televising a service, contacting customers, and setting up meetings to verify services inside homes, businesses, schools, or daycare facilities. Van Rite Plumbing can help you fill the gap between paper records to replacing the pipes in service.
